These Subscription Terms supplement the Terms of Use and describe the Fitzer plans, their features and their limits.
1. Plans
Fitzer offers two plans: Fitzer Free and Fitzer Plus.
2. Fitzer Free
Fitzer Free is permanently free and includes: manual recording of food, hydration, workouts, weight, measurements, medication, symptoms and menstrual cycle; food logging manually and by barcode; challenges, duels, groups, achievements and rankings; progress photos with 2 uploads per cycle and capacity for 12 photos; and the other manual and social features described in this document.
Fitzer Free does not include artificial intelligence features.
The plan will be funded by displaying advertising inside the app, including banners and videos. Advertising is not active yet and will only start to be displayed after the corresponding platform is implemented and the applicable documentation is updated beforehand.
3. Fitzer Plus
Fitzer Plus is the paid plan of the app. It includes the Fitzer Free features and adds: no advertising; body analysis by artificial intelligence, one every seven full days; food analysis by photo; a planned limit of 210 food analyses per cycle, which will be enforced before the paid subscription becomes available; progress photos with 10 uploads per cycle and capacity for 120 photos; other artificial intelligence features within the limits of the plan; and display of limits and usage in the app, where applicable.
4. Current status of the plans
Fitzer offers two plans that are already defined: Fitzer Free and Fitzer Plus.
Fitzer Free is permanently free. It includes the manual, social and tracking features described in this document. It does not include artificial intelligence features and will be funded by advertising inside the app, including banners and videos. Advertising is not active yet.
Fitzer Plus is the paid plan of Fitzer. It includes the Free features, adds artificial intelligence features, offers higher limits and displays no advertising.
Technical access to the features of each plan is controlled by the plan assigned to the account.
Purchase and billing for Fitzer Plus are not active yet. Until commercial activation, no amount will be charged to users.
5. Cycle
The cycle is the reference period for the quotas. Quotas do not roll over between cycles: whatever is unused is not carried forward. The app shows the current period for your account.
6. Photos: capacity and cycle quota
Capacity and cycle quota are distinct limits. Capacity is how many photos can be stored at the same time. Cycle quota is how many uploads can be made within the period.
Deleting a photo frees capacity, but does not give back an upload already consumed in the cycle.
Photos predating this structure are neither deleted nor migrated automatically. Voluntary migration uses capacity and does not consume cycle quota.
7. Artificial intelligence credits
Each analysis started reserves one credit from the cycle before processing.
When an attempt fails before external processing begins, the credit is returned. When the failure happens after processing has started, the outcome is uncertain and the credit is not returned automatically.
If you believe a credit was consumed incorrectly, use the support channel.
8. Commercial conditions for Fitzer Plus
Fitzer Plus is the paid plan of the app. Its features and limits are already defined in this document.
Purchase is not available yet and no charge is made at present.
Before commercial activation, we will state: price and currency; billing frequency; how renewal works; cancellation conditions; refund policy; applicable taxes; App Store and Google Play conditions; and restoring purchases.
All commercial conditions will be shown to the user before purchase.
9. Transition courtesy
A courtesy period of 14 days of Fitzer Plus is planned for users who joined before the paid plan launched, activated on first access after launch and with a maximum window of 60 days to activate. During the courtesy period the normal Plus limits would apply, with no automatic renewal, returning to the Free plan at the end.
This courtesy has not been granted to anyone and cannot be activated at present. Its conditions may be adjusted before launch, and will only take effect once the feature is implemented and published.
10. Changes to plans and limits
Changes that reduce the limits of a paid plan already purchased will be communicated in advance. Changes to the Free plan may occur with notice through the legal area and the app channels.
11. Cancellation
Cancelling a subscription purchased in a store will follow the rules of the respective platform, in accordance with the commercial conditions once defined.
12. Relationship with the other documents
These Subscription Terms form part of the Terms of Use. The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
